He stands exhausted, every bone in his body hurts, his thoughts start to drift off to bad places, thoughts about them, about her, about himself.
A shout makes its way through his ears, touching every nerve in his body, excitement, making it's way to his mind, "Full Strength!".
His eyes open wide, he shifts his waist, bending his knees, pushing back his rear and straighting his back, dropping all his weight on his thighs, 100% percent of his body water drops its mass to his lower body, attaching him to the ground, his feet are in a parallel position,
Roots, are growing.
He exhales, with the carbon dioxide comes out an illusion of smoke, she, them, him.
For the next 4 seconds, every single thought of pain leaves him, every cell is draining from hurt, but alas, all his feelings exits aswell.
Empty, his lungs are needing, the stomache is shrinking, touching the back of his spine, taking on a figure of a corpse, He is now dead, the heart screams for life, but he does not allow it.
"Take A Breath!" he inhales, with the air comes in creating an illusion of white light in his mind,
He can feel every bird flapping its wings, every animal breathing, every atom in the atmosphere, every storm, every sunny day, he can feel everything above ground, expanding his diaphragm, along with all comes a cloud of grey, representing the drawbacks in the world, unwilling, he takes in the cloud to his lungs.
"Force!" , at that moment, he exhales all the cloud from his lungs, for now a Speck of light shines in his body.
But it is not enough, he draws the energy from his lower body, creating another illusion of a black stream, representing the earth, every corpse lying in the dirt, every flower blossoming, every tree growing, but for now they will hault, for he is harvesting their energy, he is now more mentally attached to the earth then any of them, his mind takes the black stream up, running it to the speck of light.
He shouts, the black stream and the white speck engage, starting to twist and turn, thus creating a circle, ever turning, never touching each other.
as the circle turn's faster, it bursts a stream of energy through he's entire body, he can feel it in his organs, his veins.
The muscles are toughening, he touches them, like a brick wall. he can feel himself, becoming better, evolving into a higher state.
Even though he sweating and struggling to maintain his current situation, nothing compares to him right now, for the next 8 seconds, he's is more beautiful, strong and noble than everything else, in his mind he is now in the best form he could be, showing his true self, you can try to hurt him, but you will never succeed, he is covered by the energy of the entire universe as much as his body can take, stick, poles and punches wont penetrate, how could they? he is , as of now, one with nature.
8 seconds pass, now he knows he must do one thing, he forces his entire body, making the balanced circle explode , and for the next 4 seconds, he sees in his mind himself exploding with an aura, pushing everything else away, getting to the peak, he exhales...
No thought runs through his mind, only a calm feeling... he is now in a state of peace.
and No doubt, He is physicly and mentally stronger than he was, a minute ago.
